Bad, slow, nonchalant service at the tills!!
Probably the slowest till service I have ever seen in a supermarket!! All queues were practically standing still for over 30 mins as the operators chit-chat, move items as slow as possible. It was as though they were competing on who can go the slowest. Some customers even pulled out of queues and left their trolleys-
