I had a terrible experience at your Boxer shop in Umlazi J section today, specifically with one of the management staff, Thulebone Ngcobo. He runs the shop in a very unprofessional manner and was quite rude to me over a simple mistake. I wanted to make an exchange, but I felt like I was being sent in circles.

As someone who also runs a business, I had to close my kitchen and visit the shop, only to be disrespected by Mr. Ngcobo. I kindly ask that you speak to him about improving his customer service skills, as he clearly needs training in this area.

I would also appreciate an apology from him. I frequent this shop daily because I manage a kitchen nearby, but today’s experience left me feeling disrespected and less than human. My day was truly ruined.
