Bad service shocking

I went to boxer store in masingita mall. Was served by the cashier called kedibone makhongele.. Yoooo I nearly screamed she instructed me to go back there in a rude way... She said can't u see where is the red line for cure and where u work dnt u knw queee. Okay fine I reached the pay point ohhh my gosh she stated again... She said to another cashier who was next to her that she needs to be told... I asked what dd I do to you that is wrong she said noo u people dnt listen... I left my goods went to look for customer care and there was no one to help me... I asked for the supervisor to come return my goods she said why I explained to her then she was so sweet and calm and apologized. I said u not the one wrong who should apologize the cashier must apologize she said she will speak to her... I went to take my parcel she ddnt even apologized... Was busy serving another customer... Boxer masingita mall shocking service horrible that cashier dnt deserve to be a cashier she deserve to be a trolley collector or work outside the shop not with customers... Please take action against her... I'm no longer coming to shop to that shop as long as she is still in the tills... And shocking thing is I spend almost R2000rand every month in that store
