Bad service from the cashier

Good day attached is my slip I was at boxer palm springs mall at Vaal dis morning I came a bad customer service from a cashier named kamogelo the lady kept me waiting for my 40 change becouse I had no R3 she asked me for, she said U will wait it's funny coz the was a change on the tray Wen shee was serving other customer I was assisted by the other lady whome asked a change for me from other cashier's why couldn't she done the nerve and attitude that came out of her mouth wen I told her I've been waiting for so long just for my change that she ddnt want to give out to me in punishment that I came wit R150. wat was a supposed to do as a customer this was not a good service pliz teach Ur staff that a good customer service is the one that keeps customers to come and do shopping if she can do dis to me wat about ather customers she comes across.
