Bad service from boxer cashier Mpho Hlatshwayo

So disappointed with the service received from boxer super store Emalahleni with a cashier by the guy called Mpho Hlatshwayo, I and my friend went to boxer on the 4th of April 2034 at around 13: 58 which we had 4 packets of noodles and a pack of 6 two liters of coke which wher on promo and a loose 2 thinking that will make his job easier since the 6 pack is silled. Whe we arrived at the till he made stupid of us said is not on special which I responded is on special, we just brought the one for him to punch on the till using it. The guy was so rude and couldn't even listen to what we were trying to explain and told us he's the cashier there's nothing we can do, we then requested for the manager, he told us he is the manager and we confusing him, what do we want to do cause he's telling us ,and he doesn't even have a senior, which caused a long argument which I ended up asking his surname and he refused to give. I then called onother lady asking about the manager the lady asked what was the problem, I then requested the guy's surname as he didn't want to give us said what are we doing with that. I had his pen which i was signing a swiping receipt he took it from me by force as i wanted to writer his name on my slip.The lady gave us the surname of which the guy quarreled to say why is she giving us the surname. I feel Mpho Hlatshw ayo is in the wrong industry, he doesn't know how to treat customers and he is disrespectful cause I don't see any problem on wrongful that we made buy just bringing a loose coke for him to be easy. We are so dissapointed.
