bad service ever

my name is vannesa and I reside in Motherwell,in December I had the worst service ever from boxer and it was not the first that was happening tMatther to the manager and it was brushed off and I remember correctly the name of the Manager then was Sinethemba and am not sure he's still the Manager now. What happened was I bought a 10kg Hullets sugar and the price was R209 but when I got to the tills the price changed to R234 and was ask to pay R25 more and I refused and went back to the Isle where I took 2 photos of the price of the sugar and both prices including the special price were of the same value the went back to the til and still the cashier would not give me sugar with the price that was on the shelve although I had shown here the photos so I told her to call her Supervisor as she looks as if the was no one in front of her,so the Supervisor came and instead of fixing the issue the Supervisor went to look for a mechandiser for about 10 minutes,thinking that naybe shes calling her Manager instead it was a mechandiser.So the guy greeted and what disgusted me was that it was the very same guy who came when I experience the same incident at the store.So them by calling the guy they dont wanna take responsibility,they are so so *********** and they rude,lazy and very disrectful to the customers,now the guy(mechandiser)says to me he very apologetic,he cannot allow me to get the sugar with the price listed on the shelve it his fault,he was suppossed to changed a day before and so on,me knowing how they operate I couldnt let him to go further with this stiory of forgetting to change the price because its what happened the first time I had a situation like this and I nearly lost my temper because I could see what they were trying to do, trying to make me look like a stupid, as if I don't know my rights and I told the guy that who ever sent tell him or her that am not leaving here without the sugar, I even told the cashier that I will take this matter further even to their Ombudsman or to CPA because even the Manager was nowhere to be found. After 20 minutes of waiting and arguing the other guy from the store decided to pay the(difference) and I was very very angry at them for making me look like a idiot in front of everyone. That's when I decided that even though its a walking distance to get to this store, I would never recommend it to any members of my family or friends to go and shop there, they have a disgusting, poorest service ever. Maybe the superiors should consider by employing less black people even the store management should change as well cause its black dominated hence they don't want to do their job properly, because they are serving a black community they think they can can do as they please.am not trying to be ****** as I'm black person too but I hate people treating others as if they hobos or nobodies.
