Bad service

Yesterday (14/02/2025) I was at boxer Tshepiso Crossing, the queues were long and they only had 3 tills opened and the kiosk, so because i wasbknly buuing a loaf of bread and a 2L coke, i joined the queue at the kiosk, when i got to the till, i was told that the till is only for "bills" and not for groceries and i have to queue on the isles, i queued for 45 min + 10 min at the kiosk queue just to to pay for a loaf of bread and a coke.. mind you, there is no signage that shows that only bills are paid there, and they dont have an alternative for people buying less items, and funny, i was queuing with a jeavily pregnant lady, they didnt even give her preference.

Shame.

Can the manager do something??
