Bad service

On the 13th December 2021,I went to Boxer store in Vryburg to buy something(pap and gizzards) to eat but to my suprise while I was eating I found some bug stashed in the gizzards.I stopped eating immediately,disgusted by what I saw with my eyes.I then went to see the manager but he told me that its the spices they are using ,its not a bug,another staff member said sometimes its the maize meal they get from their supplier,claiming that sometimes it has bugs on it,they were not even shocked ,they acted like it was normal.While I was talking to them the bug then fell down I picked it up and showed it to them and asked them whether they still don't recognise what I found on my food.I then asked them,what If I have eaten more than one bug then. This needs to be reported ,I have all the pictures and the till slip.The community must know about this.
