Bad service

On 18/09/2026 I went to Boxer superstore in Mega city, Mmabatho, I purchased a pack of 3kg Russians which was priced for R59.99,when I got to the till I was advised it was R109, 00,i cited Section 23 of the Consumer Protection Act, they called one fellow Lebogang/Lesego, he did not cite his position, who said it was a price glitch on their end yet he will need to consult head office.

I waited for 30 minutes without any answer from their head office and the was no assistance the store itself regarding my query, I feel bereaved as a consumer that people put to attend to consumer grievinces are not clued up to what to do when faced with such a challenge and as yet I was NOT assisted accordingly as per Section 23 of the Consumer Protection Act, I was failed by the store in that regard
