Bad service at Eyethu mall

I love boxer because i think it is a store made to help our families bbe able to afford basic needs but your staff needs training in customer service. I went in yesterday to get a lotto ticket but because i hardly go there since i do not stay in the area she choose to help someone else with the same thing and told me i must wait my turn please clarify do i need to be a regular to be rendered service? I was not surprised because it is like you teach them that because they in the township level of customer service should drop because you servicing the less fortunate.
