Bad service at Boxer Denlyn

We were given very bad service at Boxer Denlyn in Mamelodi, we went there regarding the Oros special and been going there for 3days. And we told that the Oros is finished. Funny thing is that we would leave the house at 7am so we can get there right when the shop opens but we told no Oros for 3 days?

We asked to see the store manager and we had to wait for about an hour, and the manager never came to see us. We asked for Raincheck and we told Boxer is not doing it like what the hell?

The stuff had bad attitude towards customers, coz the were pointing at me and my partner the whole time we were at Boxer.
