Bad service and *********** staff

I have been trying to redeem a capitec flexi voucher for over a month now. Everytime I ask to use my voucher code either I am told about network problem or that they do not accept my voucher even after I requested help from their head office. I also hate the fact that cashiers assist us while chatting to their colleagues who are supposed to be packing for us and then the only conversation they hold with me is do I need a plastic bag. I do not like the overall service in this store except for butchery. Front end and deli are the worst. I will only visit the butchery on #blackfriday
