Bad service and Bad attitude

I bought two cans of castle light for my hubby and when I went outside I realize that one can is damaged so I returned it so they can exchange it for me and that manager told me its my fault the can is damaged so he cannot replace it.I'm so angry right now about their poor service and the money that I lost for their damaged good.The can was still icy cold and he told me it fell on the floor and It didn't even have soil or dust on it
