bad service

The service at boxer superstore Thabong Shopping Centre is bad. This is is what transpired since well it's Black Friday obviously the store is full and I went there to purchase only 2 items the cashier was very rude I was told I can't pay at the kiosk I must pay at the tills I even went to the the manager but still the cashier was rude talking to her colleagues as if I wasn't there pure disrespect
