Bad service

Hello I'm writing this with concern as to I have been buying my Ott voucher using coupon with no hassle at all and 2days back I drove to the store and tried to make a purchase and was told that it's impossible and quiet amazing I was buying at the same store have never went to different shops. How is it possible that it can just change overnight and according to my understanding e coupon is a form of cash.
