Bad service

Worst service ever, I sent a teenager a few items which cost around R80 then when she got home I noticed that the items in the plastic were not those ones which I wanted and the plastics had exchanged somewhere , then I sent her back with the slip with the items in the same condition, they refused to refund her saying that what if that person you exchanged with also comes back for an exchange as if that is my problem, I am soo angry because I'm unable to go to the store myself and sort this thing out myself, this store should be closed, the meat is rotten and have no customer service
