Bad service

I am always very saddened by the way we are treated at Diepsloot Boxer. First of all, when I go there ,I go there to spend my money. Always when I buy some veggies at this store, it becomes an issue to get the prices. You have to wait by the till while the cashier calls for supervisors who are not always visible. This has happened to me in many accessions. I was at this store on the 3rd of August. The cashier by the name of Thandiwe Molepo was lazily calling out for Tsholofelo to come with the veggie prices. The person she was calling out to was not around. She then sent a security guard after about seven minutes to go and ask for the prices from Tsholo. She came out of the office and handed the price tags to the security. Why don't the prices stay by the cashiers. The service sucks especially when you are showed that you are not appreciated. I even told this cashier that I was going to complain and she rudely told me to go ahead. I also deal with customers where I work so I know how customer service works. These guys need to know that we go to their store to spend our hard earned cash not to beg. Very disappointed Mandla Mahlangu
