Bad service

I went Boxer store church street Pretoria today, apparently the store was officially opened yesterday. I got into store and I bought vegetable combo and other groceries, I paid and I didn't buy plastic bags since I was using the big trolley,. On my way out the security guard stopped me to check my receipt, which I gladly hand over to him, he checked and hand back the receipt to me. As I drove of, the security guard informed me that the trolley are not leaving the shop, eeee now how am I going to carry all that to the car which was just around the shop I asked, and they said I can speak to the manager, they said I can wait at the door as they go call him for me. I waited and waited no sign of the manager. The security guard send someone else to go call him while I wait there as if I am a *****. After some fime I saw him waving no and returning to where he was, I went to him before I could speak he said the trolley are not leaving the shop. I said to him that is a bad management style, even though that is the case, at least he could have came to as courtesy to inform me as client and listen t what I have say. I showed him a trolley which was half full and ask how will I manage to carry this to the car, he said he doesn't know and he was going to apologize to me. His attitude was so bad and I didn't want to argue with him, I asked for reversal of the grocery and refund of my money and left the shop immediately.
