Bad experience

Bad experience at Boxer Ivory park CNR G Malaysia street & Riverside st yesterday around 4pm going to night shift I decided to take goodies for lunch at boxer I waited almost an hour in a queue once is my turn to pay via bank card cashier told me they offline they accept cash imagine wasted my time , still morning I decide to do quick grocery for kids cashier told me the whole shop doesn't have plastics, other customers asked to speak with store manager , he came by the name of Innocent his so arrogant and sarcasm his answer was he don't order plastic the is nothing he can do , how can the big store operate without plastic and you only told once is your turn to pay I mean boxer you can do better please tell customer to stop buying at your store.I HATE Boxer shame
