Bad customers service in Boxer superstore Zeerust

Good morning I went to Boxer superstore in Zeerust, I am complaining about bad service, the cashier name is Olebogeng Seago, I requested cash back from her, she told me that she doesn't have cash, and I saw her counting money from the previous customer which paid cash, she counted the money in front of us while waiting for her to finish, she took R300 the put it in the cashier float bag, then put the remaining money in the till, then I asked her that if she can't help since she doesn't have cash as she claims, I asked her to atleast ask one of other cashiers to help me, she refused and told me to join the que again, I asked her to call her supervisor so that atleast I can ask her to help to me she refused again telling me she cannot leave the till unattended while calling the supervisor for me, and I know that they always ring the bell for assistance but clearly she didn't want to help me, she is very rude to an extent that she argued with me in front of the staff members and customers telling that she is not intimidated by a customer, and I know by doing that she is not doing housekeeping, she doesn't provide excellent customer service.
