Bad customer servuce

Went to Boxer store at Bosman mall. They had 2 cashiers assisting and the other cashier was struggling as she was taking long. Asked if I can go to their kiosk and they said it was fine and I went. The cashier at the kiosk refused to assist me as she was packing cigarettes. Tried talking to her but she refused and sent me to another cashier. Was not happy to be sent from one cashier to another in the store instead of being assisted. It was on the 4th May just after 7.
