Bad customer service, staff/ manager bad attitude

Boxer Nkomo village is the worst when it comes to customer service. They don't even deserve that 1 star I rated. Is not the first time I receive bad service in that store but today was my worst nightmare. I normally buy the burgers, rolls and cheese special at Boxer Attlyn and I have never had any problems. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. But today I went to Boxer nkomo and it was a problem for me to buy that combo. The cashier's attitude was bad and is like I was forcing her to assist me. She didn't even inform me to wait for the manager to see what is the problem. But instead she just stood there. After 30 minutes waiting to be assisted and a lady wearing black uniform came to assist. No greetings no apologies, is like they were doing me a favour. While I waited there. Another customer complaint about the same cashier. I'm really not happy with how that store treat customers. I wouldn't be surprised if customer shop at attlyn Boxer. The level of attitude of the staff towards customers is very bad, this Boxer will loose customers if they carry in like this. As for me I will ratter go to other stores as for this Boxer, I'm never setting my foot there. Your service is bad, the staff and managers or supervisors their attitude is the worst.
