Bad customer service Slindokuhle Mabaso Boxer Chris Hani crossing

On Sunday 05 April 2026.I was assisted by a rude Cashier by the name of Slindokuhle Mabaso, at Boxer Chris Hani Crossing. She doesn't understand the meaning of customer service..Her Manager Mr Mokgethi asked her to apologize which she rudely said to me how must I apologize must I pay you to accept my Apology. This lady needs serious customer service training and Business ethics training because as a Frontline staff you can't ignore a customer then you become defensive when being called out.
