Bad customer service l.
The security guard wouldn't allow me to enter store because i dnt want my Sister child whos 2 years 1 month and my child whos 1 year 6months to wear a mask.should wait for 15minutes fir manager to come and tell me whether to get in or wht.the manager who doesn't even have name tick.

This is for their safety - even children as young as yours. No one is permitted to enter a public area without one.

22 Sept 2020, 20:44We have seen children of all ages in masks - not under 1 years old but they are available and it is for yours and their safety. But we don't feel that your complaint was handled correctly so would like to escalate it and get the store to contact you to resolve.
