BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOXER CASHIERS

I'm disappointed again by the attitude of box super store i was in a queue while other respectful and polite guy was abused by a Cashier by the name of Nqobile Nkosi the Gentleman wanted to pay with R20 that has a small tear on it but the Cashier rudely told him she's not going to take that money because of that small tiny tear she gave hil the cello tape to fix it he did and she took the money after the guy finished to pay i proceeded to the till i greeted her 2 times before she rep**** back you can tell that there's something bothering her or she's just rude to the customers after paying she gave mi R70 change with that same R20 i told her that as she complaining about it i might have a same problem from other shops i asked her to change it for me the till was open then i can see the pile of other R20 she pushed and closed the till preceded to help another customer i asked her why she's closing the till instead of changing the money she asked me rudely again whats wrong with money you going to wait stop making noise i told her that i want to change the morning shes was busy swearing i went to report her to her useless supervisor by the name of Faith i explained everything to her she just said I'm going to speak to her why she didn't call.her in front of me i think she was just making me a fool i very disappointed about the shop we love they must train their CASHIERS how many people are treated bad by this Cashier??
