Bad Customer Service

Boxer City Mall is the worst,i went there to do grocery shopping because I just got back from work and they were still open when I got there

As I was busy with shopping,they told me that they're about to close and they're waiting on me to finish my shopping. The staff kept saying that "We're closed and these people are taking long" ,i decided to pay for whatever I had in my trolley because I couldn't stand the manager and her staff's rude remarks

They definitely didn't care about me as a client and they made me feel like I went there to ***** instead of buying,something must be done about their bad customer service
