Bad customer service

I had a very bad experience at Boxer Matatiele2.

Went to buy castle lite 6 pack that was on special at R50.30 only for the item to scan R84.90 at the till. Immediately the cashier with an attitude told me to put it back as there was nothing she can do, I asked to speak to the manager and the cashier by the name of Makoena Mthunya told me to wait. After waiting for about 5 minutes and having to enquire whether the said manager had been called, she only then shouted for the manager to be called and the security informed me that the manager was busy and I would have to wait until 18:30 as he was busy receiving stock. I then called boxer customer care and that was then I was eventually helped by a manager also full of attitude after customer care having had to talk to them on my own phone as they were not answering calls.

I am appalled.
