Bad customer service

I was at boxer at Giyani Masingita mall yesterday and the cashier was so rude to customers. We were in a queue for grant payouts and she was busy giving the money to her relatives and other cashier's not in the line when we complained she said if we have a problem with her we must do what will help us. The manager didn't do anything about it even the customer care department
