Bad customer service at Port St John's Boxer Stores

I am very disappointed and unhappy about customer service from Port St John's Boxer Stores. I went to the store for a service instant I received a very bad customer service. Both kiosk till operator and the manger Zolile very unprofessional treatment.

Got to the store to buy 1 litre of soft drink and cigarette so I thought I should pay for both in kiosk and I told I cannot pay for both as I can only pay for cigarettes in the kiosk and go inside and pay for the soft drink inside. I had to leave without buying the items that I was looking for. Yesterday (21 January 2026) I was assisted, with no issue. Please provide customer service training to the management and staff at Port St John's Boxer Stores
