Bad customer service and not wearing uniform

i can not get how did Boxer hire people who are so unprofessional like the one i got in Boxer Jeppe Street from dress code to the way she talked to me, on Boxer website it does not have infor that i can only withdraw R1000 and less however the cashier by the Name of Nontsikelelo Sikhahl she told me i can not withdraw R1500 i can only withdraw R1000 nor less i had to join another queue to withdraw because i had to pay my accounts, her dress code it was like she is working at a ****a shop with an old doek that does not have Boxer colours it was very ugly with a bad attitude she did not have Name tag on i got her name on a till slip that she did not gave i had to be stopped by the security asking when i get to her she threw to me
