Bad customer service

On the 26/11/22 I went to make a purchase at boxer store in tshwane regional mall I found a trolley in the parking lot after my shopping as I was about to go out the security guard said no trolleys are allowed to go out of the store unless if I'm being accompanied by one of their employees after I was rudely turned away at the door I was given that option I mean this is the only boxer that does this why should I go around the mall with shopping bags from boxer while I'm using other stores trolleys and not their own it's not like we were going home with boxer trolley it was sad for other customers who were purchasing that boxer combo even a plastic bag won't fit it was fustrating at the door considering it was a black friday weekend it was a bad service that I ended up returning everything I bought and went to other boxer store in denlyn mall
