Bad customer service

I wonder why did boxer agree that it will be able to work with sassa regrding the 350 srd grant.the cashiers treat u like u asking the money from their own pockets.when u go there after 3 cos u avoid the long que they tell u they r closed for the 350 while the shop closes at 7pm.they dnt even make preferences for old /pregnant people sometimes they yell u there is no money.nd i wonder how can they have no money while they know its the date for grant???
