Bad customer service

It was in the afternoon and we send my little sister to go and buy groceries in Boxer Bouitumelo just to get her used to doing groceries because it is close to home. When she got to the till she meet two woman being cashier(Puleng Bomvu) and a till packer (Dimakatso Moteba). Puleng rudely told her the money it is not enough to cover all things she brought because we used a pamphlet that expired the previous day and Dimakatso made a remark about how dom we are that we didn't see the dates and Puleng told her yo leave the store and my little sister begged her to sell her electricity and she repeatedly told her to leave and the supervisor passed them there and even come to do void but she didn't help. People are complaining about the service in this store and some don't even know where to report to.
