Bad Customer Service
I have experienced bad service at Boxer Station Square In Bosman from a Cashier named Thembi who was serving me at till no 15 on the 24 May 2025 at 09:45. First she didn’t acknowledge me when I came to her and when it was time for me to pay she just pointed at the card machine. I found her actions very rude and lack customer service training.
