Bad 😞 customer service

Went to boxer Dobsonville on the 21/09/2026 to buy and when got on aisle for babies item I saw purity puree pouch was on special for R50 and R60 and when I took the ones I took they were under the R50 promo but when I got to the till the cashier told me they are for R60 and I asked her (Noluthando Mthuwapha) if I can get with the price I saw on the shelves she told the was nothing she can I then asked her to call the supervisor (Florence )she came and relate the same thing I said to the cashier ,she told me the was nothing they can do and she won't be able to assist me and this things takes forever in that they have to call head office ,she will make sure she talks to the person who packed the stock but for me I will never get it on that price Firstly she fail to go with me to the shelves and check what I was talking about,secondly she took soon her self and decided what will happen about what I saw thirdly she failed to even take the matter to the manager ,worse of them she was proud to tell me that they won't assist me with that price.
