Bad customer service

I went to boxer superstore(Mamelodi Denlyn) to buy few things and i requested a cash back from the cashier, and she called her supervisor by the name of Dimpho, however she was so rude she didn't even greet or ask me how much i need instead she went to the office door and they were talking about me with her boss Millicent. I waited there for 30 minutes without anyone informing me about the money until i left, and this is not first time they give me bad customer service 1 day they close the queue by the person in front of me and they didn't even explain nor apologize to me
