Bad customer service

It is not the first time that I received bad service, the supervisor Emmaculate didn't even greet me bcoz I wanted money from the cashier instead of looking for money I had to tell her what to do the cashier name is Mpho and the sesonf one was on till number 11

I'm really disappointed
