Bad customer service

Good day

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my experience at Palm ridge Boxer Store today, *01 October 2026*.

There is a combo on promotion in-store. When I went to the till to pay, the cashier informed me that the system is offline and they cannot give me the combo price, and I must come back tomorrow.

This is unfair to customers because: 1. The combo is advertised as on promotion today, not tomorrow. 2. Customers should not be penalized because the store system is offline. 3. I spent transport money to come to the store.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the store must sell the product at the advertised promotional price.
