Bad chicken

Good day On the 21 January 2023 I went to Boxer Trade Route Mall to purchase chicken drumstick and chicken thighs that was advertised in our local paper. The price was advertised at R49. 99 per Kilo. So I jumped to the opportunity and was very early at the store. To my surprise I was showed deep frozen chicken pieces all stuck together. Freezer bites thats how bad the chicken was. I was so devastated at what I was looking at. I had never seen this in my life. Because what was advertised and it looked so nice. The drumsticks was one side and the thighs was neatly on one side. At the store is was not like what was advertised. However I called to speak to the manager. A lady by the name of Nxqolo said she was the manager. I showed her the paper and what I was looking for. She showed the very same chicken pieces I was shown at first. So I asked her this was not advertised I was showing her the paper ovef and over again. She tells me its forzen. I told that was not advertised. I can live if it was frozen only but this chicken looked very old frozen for a very very very long time. She also was very rude in the manner she looked at me. I also asked why do you look at me so rudely and so angry because I am querying on what Boxer is selling to customers. I humbly ask if an inspector go and havd all the meats examined. Because this can make the customers very sick after consuming such bad meats. This is highly serious matter Thank you
