Bad bad bad products

The products they sell is of such bad quality. I contacted them and they dont even have the decency I went to buy monthly groceries from boxer in Brits and I bought one of your products. Ace maize meal. As I opened the packet, I saw weevils or meal moths inside it. I attach photo. I returned it to boxer and they refused to exchange it or give my money back now I'm contacting you. It might not be expensive but food is sooooo expensive.
