Bad attitude,lack of costumer service

Am not happy about the attitude I got from a lady called Marcia at boxer potea glen ,I called her trying to assist her as I used to work for retail store itjoo the embarrassment state I was in ,she just said I must come to her and it's not like she was busy she was just standing having a conversation with some ladies,I went to her and told her that there at a till point refrigerators the prices are wrong for one Monster the was a price for R8,99 and she answered me by saying since u see that the price is incorrect why don't you remove it itjooo even to this date I blame myself why didn't I pay for that Monster and demand it for R8.99
