Bad attitude from the cashier

I'm not happy with the service I received from boxer vereeniging..the cashier was by the name of Veronica if I'm not mistaken gave me a very bad attitude..that lady let us queue when it was my turn she says there's no queue and I was standing alone then she didn't want to hear anything she put a sign of closed on her till yoh that lady has serious attitude I don't know why they work at retail whereas they can't provide us with the service we deserve.I'm so disappointed
