Bad attitude and service

Firstly it start at the parcel counter, understandable that parcels are full, you wait for people inside but there was an incident of thefth yesterday, check on Ticktock they are trending badly. Seeing the quee is still, I went to the security to declare my things, at first the security refuse and says I should wait in the quee. I ask her are my things secure and procted there, will she pay if they are lost. What is the use of the sellotape she ended up allowing us. Inside we we take a trolley with 2 items. These 2 girls who work there says they are using it for backshopping, that time their backshopping can't even be a quarter in a trolley, they had 3 trolleys. The way they were so rude telling me its not their problem that I didnt see the troley outside. I almost lost it. Guys we have worked at retailers too. But the nonsence we experience nowadays. Very bad
