Bad attitude

Yesterday I went to boxer mall at taung mall, carrying a bag and a few non grocery personal things Inside a boxer superstore plastic, as usual I took my bag to the parcel counter as the boxer employee told me I can't put my plastic parcel at the parcel counter as my plastic bag resembled that one of boxer superstore, I asked the security to keep them as I wash nto the store quickly, she agreed but with condition that should they get lost at the entrance it's not her fault (which also happened many times) feeling anxious and scared that I may lose.my parcel at the entrance without accountability I went inside the store and bought goods and then proceeded to the store manager, Mr Ralikhada to ask what is exactly the rule about carring goods inside the boxer plastic and putting them at the parcel counter. With bad attitude and look of disgust he responded" we don't let goods carried Inside the boxer superstore as it constitutes theft" I asked him, so should I go to another store and happen to buy goods and put them inside boxer plastic and come here to buy would he turn me away or look for a probable solution within his discretion? He lifted his hand my way to tell me to leave as other two female employee kept smiling to his response as if he was doing it to impress them. Can the boxer store please clarify the issue of carrying good Inside the boxer plastic either bought outside or not? Because I can't keep on leaving my goods under security care only lose them later and have no one to account for them? Because the store manager showed no care or concerned about my problem. They say" the fish tots from the head all the way down' the store manager is not fit to the run the store,he had really bad attitude it is so small scary and if he continues like that the boxer stores will.lose customers they worked so hard for. He lacks basic customer care service and he just doesn't have the boxer superstores Interests at heart. For a manager, he was so cold I left the store very shocked.
