Backward Non Customer Oriented Practices

Hi, May i express my utmost disappointment with your Qumbu 2 Boxer Store. I have recently been to the store and qued sup only to be told the store does not support cellphone tapping on the speed point. In this times & with a store that big I found that very backward and not in line changing times! I had to ditch a whole basket of goods since my card was not with me at the time. What a waste of time it was! It appeared to me this is likely a resolution made by the store managers, if indeed that’s the case then that reflects poor judgement for a business that claims to be customer oriented.
