**** Baby formula bought at Boxer Superstore
I went to boxer superstore at Folweni on Friday 30/05/2025 to buy Nan perlagon formula. I opened it today. The product is not the same as the Nan perlagon I usually buy at Dis-Chem baby city. It has a different taste, texture and it is sweet. Nan perlagon acidifies, this one does not. I did my self a disservice by forgetting to pass by Dis-Chem baby city and opting to purchase the product at Boxer as it was closest to my house. I am now stuck without formula for my baby and this **** product. I wonder where boxer bought this product. If is not the pathetic service we get from your cashiers, it the store selling **** products. Do not ever buy baby food at any Boxer store.

I spoke to Mark the manager, who was very kind and patient, and showed his willingness to assist me. He even offered to take another Nan perlagon for comparison of which we both could see the difference in the milk I had gotten previously. It was definitely a supplier issue. I am grateful for the assistance and service gotten. Big ups to Mark, he is the best thing that happened to Boxer Folweni🥹🥹
