Awful service at Boxer Dobsonville mall

I bought from the Dobsonville Mall store this morning and I was RUDELY assisted by a cashier by the name of Makamo. I bought an item and then requested for change as I saw that her register was still open, she refused to give me the change and explained that they are not allowed to because “we tend to give them **** notes, it would be better if I bought with the R200 note that I’m requesting change for”. I then asked if they don’t have a way to check if the notes are **** and also asked what the difference would be if I used that money to buy with, would she still not check if the note is ****. She later said that she actually doesn’t want to give me the change irregardless whether my note was real or ****. She then decide to have a back and forth argument with me and acted extremely unprofessionally. This type of service has become a norm in township stores and shouldn’t be tolerated because irrespective of where the store is situated, customers should always be treated with respect.
