At Boxer store ATM's easy access is not allowed

I went to withdraw money at Boxer store in Bhamshela there is a Nedbank and standard bank ATM it was nt my 1st time going there to get some cash .they had two ques for ATM's and for shopping .but to my surprise that when I needed to use the ATM i was told by the security that i need to join a long que even if i want to withdraw money at Nedbank ATM i had to leave because i doubt Nedbank is aware that we are suffering to get money and mind you it not save out here to stand in ques with many people as the virus might spread quickly. I hope the bank are aware that you don't allow people to have an easy access to ATM's bad treatment ever
