Assault at Boxer lencers

My first time going into a boxer store i was assaulted by a male customer and didn't get any assistance from any of the staff members including the manager. I walked into the store looking for one thing and that's when I met a guy who initially complimented my beauty,proceeded to touch me and when I told him to not touch me,he swore at me and then attacked me physically in front of the customers and some staff members. Following the attack 2 security guards came to the aisle to help me with the situation,amongst them was Sandile Ngobese. I immediately let Sandile know what had happened and asked him to contact SAPS and he refused to which I proceeded to contact SAPS myself,at this moment there was a lot of commotion with the said individual (male) continuing to verbally attack me. SAPS advised that they were coming so I asked Sandile to help me with ensuring that the individual doesn't leave the store,Sandile said he is not SAPS and they have never had a situation like this before so I asked him "what do they do with shoplifters while waiting for the Police",he responded by saying that he didnt see the guy attack me so he won't do anything about it,one of the female staff members then said to him "why don't you check the footage of you're not sure",he just stood there and did nothing even though he saw that I very frustrated. SAPS was taking too long so I called them again and as I busy on the call the individual that attacked me was let out of the store by the security guards with Sandile saying he didn't see anything. I was still waiting for the police,I escalated to the manager Linda Sosibo whome I feel made me even more frustrated because he didn't even know what to say to me,he didn't even try to make me feel better,kept saying he is going to ask his manager what to do,didn't even ask for my contact details,I had to probe him to give him information. I am so frustrated because boxer failed me as a customer,I was attacked inside their store and they have to means to mitigate such things and they do not have security in place for such issues,I am certain this is not the first time this has happened at this store because there is no way that a gender based violence issue happened in broad daylight and no one out of all the staff at boxer was willing to try to help me. I was attacked inside a boxer store and they clearly don't have security guards. I am so disappointed and frustrated by this. I need to know what boxer is doing about this because I know my rights as a consumer and I will be taking this further. I need someone that actually knows what they are doing to contact me ASAP.
