Appalling service

We were assisted by pretty Mbatha at boxer build ulundi store 2, kind mpande street, we spent R5898,07. I’m very disappointed and appalled by the service, they did not pack all the materials and now we have to drive back to collect the Fast nails 65mm… this is unacceptable because I’m loosing more money as the customer and it’s not my fault but the store. Tried calling customer care and was given attitude by the lady on the phone and tried calling the store and the phone rings with no answer. I expect to be compensated for my time and transportation. I will not suffer for the ignorance for individuals who don’t know how to do they job
